SiteSight is a product of Ineality LLC. This page explains what information we handle to run company workspaces, job-site notes, and billing. It is not legal advice. Questions: isaac@ineality.com.
What we collect
- Account details you provide, such as name, email, and password.
- Company information, including the company name, invited member emails, and who can view or edit.
- Job-site content your company stores, such as job details, notes, photos, equipment, hazards, SOPs, and related records.
- Billing information needed to subscribe. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
- Optional weather credentials if an owner chooses to connect weather for the company. Those are used only to retrieve weather for that company.
How we use it
We use this information to provide SiteSight: sign people in, keep each company's workspace separate, show jobs to invited members, process the $9.99/month subscription, and show weather when a company has connected it. We do not sell your job-site content.
Who can see company data
Each company's jobs and related records stay in that company's workspace. Invited members can see that company's information according to the access the owner gives them. Owners can invite people, change view or edit access, and remove someone when they leave.
Exporting company information
Organization owners can export their company's job information from Account at any time. The export is a PDF of saved job text such as descriptions, equipment, hazards, SOPs, and notes. Job photos are not included in that export.
Service providers
We use other companies to host the product, authenticate accounts, store files, and process payments. If your company connects weather, a weather provider receives the information needed to return conditions. These providers see only what is required to perform that work.
