Job-site knowledge for field service crews

Keep the site knowledge that usually lives in someone's head.

Parking, access instructions, equipment, hazards, customer preferences, photos, SOPs, and “how we do this job” stay with the site so the next crew doesn't have to guess, call the office, or relearn it.

Job notes

NotesPhotos

Notes from last visit

  • Park on Maple, not the driveway.
  • Dog stays in backyard.
  • Customer works nights.
  • Equipment stored at side gate.

The next crew opens the job. The information is already there — nobody has to call the office.

The details that make a job go smoothly walk out the door.

  • Site knowledge gets trapped in texts, notebooks, photos, and memory.
  • Experienced workers become information bottlenecks.
  • Another employee arrives without context and the company relearns the same site.

The stuff only the last crew would know

Three familiar jobs. The point is the same: stop making each crew relearn the same site.

Window cleaning

What the experienced worker knows

Park on the side street, not the driveway. Leave the invoice in the mailbox. Homeowner works nights.

Where SiteSight keeps it

In SiteSight those customer and access instructions sit on the job, not in a text from last season.

Pressure washing

What the experienced worker knows

Water shutoff is behind the fake rock. Soft wash this siding — the last crew etched a patch using too much pressure.

Where SiteSight keeps it

In SiteSight a photo and a note save the next crew a hunt and a damaged surface.

Property maintenance

What the experienced worker knows

Best place to park at the hospital job is the loading dock on 4th. Street parking gets towed. Badge in at the east desk.

Where SiteSight keeps it

In SiteSight the parking, dock, and building-access notes ride with the recurring site.

What each part of SiteSight actually prevents

Keep what the last crew learned with the job — instructions, equipment, hazards, SOPs, notes, photos, and conditions.

Job Information

Stops this: Showing up with an address and nothing else.

Gate on the left, park on Maple, ask for Maria at the desk. Job-specific access stays with the site.

Equipment

Stops this: Leaving behind the ladder, tool, chemical, or equipment this site requires.

The list for this job is already attached. Load the truck once.

Hazards

Stops this: Discovering known site hazards after the crew arrives.

Known site hazards are on the job before anyone steps out. SiteSight records what your crew has already learned — it does not certify that work is safe.

SOPs

Stops this: Every crew doing the same recurring work differently.

How this company does this job, attached so people actually follow it.

Notes & Photos

Stops this: Site knowledge disappearing when the experienced employee is unavailable or leaves.

Parking, pets, preferences, and “last time we found…” stay on the job.

Live Site Conditions

Stops this: Checking job and weather information in separate places before field work.

When your company adds a weather key, current conditions sit next to the job instead of in a separate app. SiteSight does not decide whether work is permitted.

Mobile Ready

Stops this: Calling the office because the information is somewhere else.

Open the job on a phone or tablet. SiteSight can be installed as a PWA from the browser so the crew is not hunting through texts for the same details.

Capture once. Every visit is smarter.

  1. 1. Create the job

Add the address and the site.

  2. 2. Attach what the crew needs

    Equipment, hazards, and SOPs.

  3. 3. Capture what experience teaches

Notes, photos, access details, and customer or site preferences.

  4. 4. The next crew opens the job

    The information is already there.

Your company remembers, not just one employee.

Invite your crew into the same SiteSight company workspace. Everyone works from the same job information while the owner controls who can view or edit company data.

Questions owners usually ask

Does every worker need a subscription?
No. SiteSight is $9.99/month per company. One subscription covers the organization workspace, and the owner invites the crew. See pricing.
Can employees share the same jobs?
Yes. Invited members work from the same company jobs and site information. Workspaces are isolated by organization, so another company cannot see yours.
Can I control who can edit jobs?
Owners invite people as a Viewer or an Editor. Editors can change job information. Viewers can read it. Only owners manage membership and billing.
Can I remove someone’s access when they leave?
Yes. Owners can remove a member or cancel a pending invite. That person loses access to the company workspace.
Is SiteSight scheduling or invoicing software?
No. You may already use software for scheduling, invoicing, or dispatch. SiteSight is for the site-specific knowledge your crew needs when they actually return to the job.
Does SiteSight work on phones?
Yes. SiteSight is built for phones and tablets and can be installed as a PWA from the browser. It is not an offline-only app — you use it where you have a connection.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Company owners can export their SiteSight job information to PDF at any time. Photos are not included in the PDF export.
What can I keep on a job?
Job instructions and access details, equipment lists, hazard information, reusable SOPs, notes, photos, and live weather conditions next to the job when your company adds a weather key.

Send the next crew with everything the last crew learned.
